We offer a full refund when the product has not been opened and is unused, minus a 10% restocking fee within 30 days of receiving the item. If the package has been opened it may be returned within 30 days of receiving the item. A 30% restocking fee applies as the item is now in used condition.

Any returns must be in the original packaging with proof of purchase.

Products under warranty should be handled with care.

If the products arrive with visible defects, please take photos of them and send them our way. We will reach back out to clear up all the details.

All products are covered under a 1 year warranty. Mishandling of the product is not covered under warranty.

Each unit is built to order and takes around 3 weeks to build before delivery

Standard delivery usually takes around 7 business days.
